"Huma Quşu" Educational Support Fund

As we announced earlier, on December 7, “Huma Quşu” Educational Support Fund organized a charity event titled “Huma Quşu: A Guide to Kindness and Courage” at the International Mugham Center.

The event was attended by heads of state and public institutions, cultural and scientific figures, war veterans, postgraduate students, university students, friends and supporters of the Fund, and media representatives.

The charity event raised 8,500 manat through ticket sales, artwork auctions, and donations. These funds will be allocated to support IT education for veterans and three young persons from a low-income family within the framework of the Humay’s "From Dream to Reality” grant competition, one of the seven active programs of the Fund. The grant decision will be finalized during the Fund's Board of Directors' three-part meeting in January-February 2025, dedicated to discussing the competition.

The “Huma Quşu” Educational Support Fund expresses its deepest gratitude to the International Mugham Center, I-Ticket.az, renowned jazz musician Salman Gambarov, the Bakustic Jazz group, musical performers Ilhama Qasimova and Rovshan Qahramanov, the head of Arts Council Azerbaijan Dadash Mammadov, and all event participants for their invaluable contributions to the charity evening.
