The "Huma Quşu" Fund launches the Humay's Island of Knowledge scholarship program in collaboration with ADA University
The "Huma Quşu" Educational Support Fund, in collaboration with ADA University, announces the Humay's Island of Knowledge scholarship program for students who wish to pursue a master’s degree at the university.
As part of this program, three students will be awarded a scholarship of 5,000 AZN.
English-Taught Programs
- Diplomacy and International Relations
- Public Administration
- Educational Management
- Teaching and Learning Organization and Methodology
- Agricultural and Food System Management (in collaboration with the University of Bologna, Italy)
- Global Management and Politics (in collaboration with Luiss University, Italy)
- Management (Human Resource Management)
- Law
Azerbaijani-Taught Programs
- Public Administration
- Educational Management
- Teaching and Learning Organization and Methodology
Who Can Apply?
- Azerbaijani citizens aged 16-35, residing in Azerbaijan or abroad.
- Those with high academic performance (minimum 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale or at least 85 out of 100).
- Applicants whose family income per member is below 500 AZN (to be verified with financial documents).
- Graduates of universities in Azerbaijan.

Since online application responses cannot be saved, it is recommended to prepare answers in advance and then complete the form: https://humagushu.az/az/essay
Along with completing the application, applicants must email the following documents to humagushufund@gmail.com (with the subject line including the scholarship name):
1. Latest academic transcript
2. Financial documents (proof of family income) and/or an employment certificate (showing salary)
3. Family composition certificate

All documents must be submitted in a single email, with the subject line indicating the program name (Humay’s Island of Knowledge).
Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Recommendation Letters
Applicants invited for an interview must provide two recommendation letters:
Students studying in Azerbaijan: Letters in Azerbaijani
Students studying abroad: Letters in English
